Vacancy: Business Development Marketing Manager
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to promote the Syntes solutions, technologies, and services to prospective customers on international markets. The target market is consumer and business product brands and manufacturers in North America and Europe. The main task is generation of qualified leads for the business development team.
Key responsibilities:
- Development of international marketing materials including product and service articles, news, press releases, blogs, web content, emails, brochures, technical documents, research studies, sales presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Continuous improvements of the corporate website on multiple languages.
- Management of marketing and industry publications on relevant online resources (corporate website, social media pages, industry-specific websites and online and offline resources).
- Implementation of the multi-channel marketing strategy with difference marketing channels (web marketing, CRM marketing, industry events and conferences, PR, SMM,)
- Planning and coordination of PR activities aimed at increasing Syntes brand recognition on the market and among potential customers, developing PR materials and placing publications/press releases about the company, products, and services.
- Organizing online and offline advertising and marketing events (webinars, industry exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, etc.)
- Providing period reports to the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing management, marketing communications, business management, or other related field
- 3+ years of progressive marketing experience (experience with brand ecommerce, digital commerce, direct-to-customer, marketplaces market would be an advantage)
- Proven ability to achieve established goals and to work independently
- Understanding and acceptance of the idea of cold calls and emails
- Must be fluent in English and Russian. Knowledge of additional languages (German, Spanish, French, etc.) would be a plus

Work schedule, employment, and compensation
This position requires a candidate able to work 40 hours per week (working either at the HQ office in Bethesda, Maryland, USA or remotely) and to travel periodically (within continental US states and internationally). Compensation package includes competitive monthly salary (based on candidate’s experience) and periodic bonuses for achieving goals.
